Since October, we’ve placed signs with QR codes around the library. When scanned, they link to a page where you can rate the specific study room or area you’re in.
This allows users to instantly let us know if they encounter any issues in the library or to share positive feedback if they’re happy with our services.
Our system automatically notifies us of your message, so we can respond, for example, by reporting any malfunctions, taking care of cleaning, opening or closing the windows, and so on.
