Borrowing guide
Before you visit the library, you can check the catalogue to make sure that the title you are interested in
is in the library collection and that there are copies available.
If the Collection column for your item says “Free access” and the status of the item is Available,
come and find your book in the open stacks,
then present it at the lending desk together with your ISIC/ITIC card.
If the book you are looking for is in the closed stacks (KUK – reposit) and you are a registered reader,
place a hold on the book in the online catalogue.
You can come and collect the book once you receive our email confirmation that it is ready.
If your book is held outside of our library, the Collection column will show the name of the department where you can find it. Click on the name of the department and contact the department librarian about the loan.
