Group study room booking
How to book:
- Study rooms 115, 116 a - d, 117 can only be reserved by internal users from CEITEC, FaF, FSpS, LF and PřF.
- Select the study room, date and time of your reservation in the calendar and save it.
Studyrooms can only be booked for a period during the library's opening hours. - If you find that you do not need your future reservation, delete it.
- The reservation is valid within 15 minutes from its start, otherwise other users can use the studyroom (until the next reservation).
Remember that:
- The study rooms are not completely soundproof, so please make sure that your conversation does not disturb users in the surrounding areas of the library.
- Flipcharts can only be written on with the markers provided by the library (new ones can be picked up at the loan desk).
- Breaking the rules of the group study rooms may result in the user being temporarily or permanently banned from making reservations.
