Document Borrowing Procedure
You can verify before you go to the library in person
if the library owns the document you are interested in and if free copies are available.
If your book is currently in the library, ie. "Collection" column shows "reserved collection"
and the book status is "Available",
come, find the book in the Reserved collection section
and present it with your user's card at the loan desk.
If the book you are looking for is in reposit (and you are already a registered user),
request it in the online catalog.
Come to pick up the book when you receive the email that it is ready for you.
If the book you are looking for is stored outside our library, the name of the department/workplace is given in the "Collection" column, click on the name of the workplace and arrange a possible loan with the specified contact person.
