Global Health database by CABI is freely available until 28 February 2010 - access via Global Health Knowledge Base . The database covers much needed information on surgery, control of water- & insect-borne diseases, emergency supplies of food, water and shelter as well as the long-term, psychological after-effects and rebuilding of communities. Global Health also covers the problems of conducting medicine in developing country situations - simple low cost interventions in surgery, water treatment and sanitation.
