On September 5, an acoustic measurement was carried out to determine the soundproofness
of the walls of study rooms and librarians' offices after the construction modification.
The measurement, as well as the modification, is realised within the project Improving the infrastructure for educational activities in the University
Campus Library (CZ.06.04.04/00/22_002/0000303), which is co-financed by the European Union.
The purpose of the project is to enhance the acoustic qualities of the library's study rooms and staff areas.
We also aim to upgrade IT equipment to improve the work with electronic information resources.
In summary, the project will allow to increase the soundproofing of study rooms and offices in the University Campus Library and purchase new computers.
