Orientation
During these 60-minute sessions at the start of each academic year, the participants learn about the services of the Masaryk University Campus Library.
Topics covered
- Library layout (where to find books on different subjects, PCs and printers)
- Presentation of our lending services
- Hands-on introduction to searching for books and journals in the library catalogue
- Basic guide to accessing online books and journal articles
Date: First week of each academic year.
Place: We always meet to the right of the lending desk (ground floor of building B09)
- Orientation dates are published at the end of August each year.
- You can sign up with your UČO and secondary password (I forgot my password).
- You can cancel your participation no later than on the day before.
- If the class is full and you cannot sign up, you can try your luck (most of the time, someone will miss the class), but signed-up participants are always given priority.
